Balsamic Reduction
24, 1 teaspoon serving – 10mg THC per serving
- Heat balsamic vinegar in a small pot or saucepan over medium heat.
- Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat to medium-low heat and let simmer, stirring occasionally, until the vinegar thickens and is reduced to about 1/2 cup 12-16 Minutes
(It should be thick enough to coat the back of a spoon.) - Remove from heat and allow to cool for 10 minutes.
- Use to baste meats (chicken or steaks) while grilling or barbecuing in small amounts. Most THC will burn off while gilling.
- Stir in 2 teaspoons of Kind Sativa Drops. Kind drops will disappear into the reduction while stirring for about 1 minute
Notes
The glaze will thicken slightly as it cools. Glaze will last 1-2 weeks in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
Recommended uses: Drizzle over caprese salad, Roast Brussel Sprouts and then drizzle over top once removed from the oven or Drizzle over roasted beets. But in reality, if you like infused balsamic vinegar and cannabis you will love this recipe.
