Chimichurri
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup finely chopped parsley
- 3-4 cloves garlic, finely chopped or minced
- 2 small red chilies, or 1 red chili, deseeded and finely chopped (about 1 tablespoon finely chopped chili)
- 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon Kind INDICA or SATIVA Drops
- 1 level teaspoon coarse salt
- pepper, to taste (about 1/2 teaspoon)
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Allow to sit for 5-10 minutes to release all of the flavors into the oil before using. Ideally, let it sit for more than 2 hours, if time allows.
- Chimichurri can be prepared earlier than needed and refrigerated for 24 hours.
- After stirring well add one of tablespoon over your steak to serve.
- Use to baste meats (chicken or steaks) while grilling or barbecuing in small amounts. Most THC will burn off while gilling.
- If are use the Kind 20:1 CBD Drops don’t baste with them and only use them recipe as a topping. Or make a separate batch without kind drops to ensure you to not lose the great healing power of the Kind 20:1 drops.
- Stir well before serving.
Notes
Chimichurri sauce can be used in many applications such as over a cream cheese log to make a tasty dip. Just be considerate of the amount a person many consume.

If you add 1 teaspoon of Kind Drops (Indica or Sativa) each serving will be 8-10mg THC
If you add 2 teaspoons of Kind Drops (Indica or Sativa) each serving will be 18-20mg THC
If you add 1 tablespoon of Kind Drops (Indica or Sativa) each serving will be 28-30mg THC

If you add 2 teaspoons of Kind Drops (20-1) each serving will be 12mg CBD
